Garlic Sugar Snap Peas

Yay for me! I found another green veggie my husband will eat!  Here’s the recipe. It’s simple, easy, and good! 

(Servings: 2)


  • ½ -8 oz bag of sugar snap peas
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put oil, peas and garlic in pan.
  2. Heat pan to medium heat.
  3. Cook until slightly tender.

You could also make this in the oven and roast the peas. Set the oven to 400 degrees.  . Then place peas on a cookie sheet, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, season to your liking, and roast 5 minutes or so.

The peas were kind of slippery when I cooked them on the stovetop and slipped right out of my mouth a few times. So, careful when eating! LOL!
